Slow Flow Yoga for Beginners

Slow Flow is a slower-paced and relaxing practice. The teacher will approach any standing poses slowly and in steps to allow students to experience the benefits of the poses without the fast pace of vinyasa practice. This practice is appropriate for those with movement limitations and for those whose primary goals are flexibility, range of motion, relaxation, or stress reduction. Classes are usually 45 minutes to 1 hour long.
