Gentle and Restorative Yoga

This all levels class will begin with a gentle vinyasa practice where movements flow with breath.  Through synchronizing breath and movement students will calm the nervous system and slow down, reducing tension and relieving stress.  The class will end with restorative poses using props to support the body allowing students to sink into deep, quiet relaxation.  Combining gentle flow and restorative poses will help students to ground the mind and rejuvenate the body. 


The class will be taught by a licensed physical therapist / certified Yoga instructor.  Please email for more details.
